This ice cream is quick and easy to make. All you need are 4 ingredients and a blender. Chuck all ingredients in the blender, blitz it up and in less than five minutes you’ll have ice cream ready.

- 200 g frozen raspberries
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and stone removed.
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla bean powder
- Chuck all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Enjoy immediately.
